Guest Services & Protocol Expert

The Guest Services and Protocol Expert within the Guest Management and Protocol team will be responsible for planning and delivering VIP services at a defined set of UEFA events as the VIP programme lead, ensuring that guest experience standards, service levels and event requirements are implemented consistently and professionally.
