We were honoured to welcome yesterday representatives of the Swiss Socialist Party to the Maison du Sport International (MSI), at the heart of the Olympic Capital. The delegation was welcomed by Sébastien Griesmar, Director of the Lausanne Olympic Capital Foundation. Home to numerous international sports federations and organisations, Lausanne and the Canton of Vaud are more than a global centre for sport: they are a place where sport contributes to innovation, education, inclusion, health, and international dialogue. We greatly appreciated the opportunity to exchange views on how this unique ecosystem benefits Switzerland and helps strengthen the positive impact of sport on society. Thank you for your visit and for the engaging discussions. June 10, 2026
