The Lausanne Olympic Capital Foundation continues its series of IF Seminars, thematic, invite-only events designed for staff of International Federations and sports organisations based in the Canton of Vaud. Hosted primarily at the Maison du Sport International (MSI), these seminars bring together experts from sport and beyond to address key operational topics such as marketing, sponsorship, events and finance, supporting ongoing professional development within the international sports community.
The first IF Seminar of 2026 will take place on 3 February and will focus on “Modern Fan Engagement: Evolving Media Strategies for Sport Organisations.” Against the backdrop of a rapidly changing digital media landscape, the seminar will explore how International Federations can better connect with global, youth and digital-first audiences, with particular attention to Gen Z and Gen Alpha and their expectations around authenticity, interaction and online communities. Speakers include:
- Tim Stott, Executive Producer Digital at HBS
- Charles Trotin, Senior Manager OTT & Data at Volleyball World
- Esteban Gonzalez, 3×3 Digital Content Senior Manager at FIBA.
